1. About Cedarwill

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website at cedarwill.world and the engagement of any of our services. By accessing our website or enquiring about our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

Cedarwill offers three services:

• Lasting Records Organiser — a guided setup and template-based tool to help individuals maintain personal records in an organised way
• Estate Matters Explained — a plain-language educational session about how estate and inheritance processes are generally organised in Thailand, with reference to official resources
• Family Stewardship Programme — a facilitated programme to help families share responsibility for record-keeping and understanding of future planning considerations

All services are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, document drafting, or representation of any kind. Cedarwill is not a law firm, financial institution, or regulated advisory body.

We actively recommend that clients seek qualified legal and financial professionals for all regulated matters.

3. Scope Limitations

Cedarwill expressly does not:

• Draft, review, or advise on wills, trusts, or legal documents
• Provide opinions on individual legal situations or entitlements
• Offer tax, financial planning, or investment guidance
• Represent clients in any official, legal, or administrative capacity
• Make valuations of any assets or estates
• Guarantee any particular outcome from the use of our sessions or materials

Session content is general and educational. It does not replace the need for qualified specialist advice tailored to a person's individual circumstances.

4. Booking and Payment

Services are available by enquiry via our contact form, email, or telephone. A session is confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing (by email) on the service, date, and price, and payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed.

Current prices are listed on our website and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that engagement.

Payment details are provided at the time of booking confirmation. We do not store payment card information.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no charge
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session may be subject to a rescheduling fee or partial charge, at our discretion and communicated clearly at the time
• Cedarwill reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no charge applies and an alternative date will be offered promptly

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Cedarwill, including session notes, templates, and written guides, are provided for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed to third parties without our written permission.

The Cedarwill name, logo, and website content are the property of Cedarwill and may not be used without authorisation.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us during sessions with discretion and do not pass it to third parties except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy. We ask that clients treat any non-public materials or session content provided by Cedarwill in a similarly careful way.

8. Website Use

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep it accurate and current, we make no representations about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm the site or its users. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are breached.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Cedarwill's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services or website.

We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on general educational content provided in sessions. All regulated decisions should be made with qualified professional advice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
